چکیده
Seed inoculation with microbial cells is one of the potential invigouration techniques for enhancing emergence and growth plants. Herein, we approached a new localized delivery beneficial (Methylobacterium) by invigorating seeds electrospun Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) nanofibre containing cells. Methylobacterium promoting bacteria that has recently drawn attention in agriculture, particularly drought management. PVA was used this research because its electrospinnability biodegradability. Encapsulation study shows effective immobilization (Methylorubrum aminovorans) nanofibre. SEM TEM characterization further confirmed entrapment The plating enumeration reveals 6.6 × 105 CFU g−1 to initial loading population 1 108 CFU. Viability encapsulated bacterial under ambient environment found 1.85 g−1, 2.2 104 1.2 on 10, 20 30 days after storage, respectively. In vitro bio-efficacy exhibits coated nanofibres M. aminovorans recorded higher germination, root & shoot length, seedling vigor, drymatter production, plant biomass, volume, nodule numbers fresh weight nodules. concludes could be immobilized extended shelf-life as an seed coating delivery.

UV-C Irradiation Effect on Seed Germination, Seedling Growth and Productivity of Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.)
Irradiation is a method that given to substances or plants or plant materials with radiation. During irradiation the high energy radiation pass through the matter and cause ionizing or electric or magnetic disturbances that affect the internal structure or matter of plants. During the past few decades, the ozone reduction problem has stimulated considerable research on higher plant responses to...
متن کاملAnalysis of Seed Proteins in Groundnut Cultivars (Arachis hypogaea L.)
The seed protein contents and protein banding pattern were studied in commonly cultivated groundnut cultivars. The groundnut cultivars such as ICGV00351, TMV-7, CO-4,CO-6 and TG-374 were used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of seed proteins. The protein contents varied among the different varieties of groundnut. The maximum protein content was observed in CO-6 followed by CO-4, TMV-7,...

Comprising 34 groundnut genotypes an experiment was conducted in a randomized block design with three replication at the Research farm of Regional Agricultural Research Station, BARI, Hathazari, Chittagong during Rabi season (December 2009 to April 2010) for estimation of the multivariate analysis of divergence. The genotypes were grouped into five clusters. Cluster III contained the highest nu...

Groundnut seed priming was performed with an aqueous solution of gibberellic acid (GA3) (0, 50, 100, and 150 ppm for 18h) and accelerated aging (96 h) was done prior to drought stress (-0.4, -0.6, and -0.8 MPa), then recovered. Investigated traits were germination percentage, mean germination time, germination rate, vigor index, plumule length, radicle length, seedling length, malondialdehyde c...
متن کاملResponse of in vitro pollen germination and pollen tube growth of groundnut ( Arachis hypogaea L.) genotypes to temperature
Air temperatures of greater than 35 ∞ C are frequently encountered in groundnut-growing regions, especially in the semi-arid tropics. Such extreme temperatures are likely to increase in frequency under future predicted climates. High air temperatures result in failure of peg and pod set due to lower pollen viability. The response of pollen germination and pollen tube growth to temperature was q...
